Our Programmes
Hi! Our names are Ananya and Ishani, and this is WASH: Women's Alliance in STEM & Humanities. During the school year, we provide bimonthly classes (one STEM class and one social skills workshop ) to girls (grades 4-8). We also plan on hosting guest speakers from the medical and STEM fields to provide our members with a looking glass into a medical career as a woman.

Finance + Computer Science
This course explores how technology is applied in modern finance, blending concepts from both disciplines. Students will learn financial topics such as portfolio management, trading strategies, and risk analysis, alongside computer science techniques like algorithmic trading, machine learning, and blockchain.

Intro to Quantum Physics
This course provides an introduction to the fundamental principles of quantum physics. Topics include wave-particle duality, uncertainty principles, quantum states, and the Schrödinger equation. Students will explore how quantum theory explains the behavior of particles at atomic and subatomic scales and its impact on modern technology to gain a foundational understanding of quantum mechanics.

Microbiology / Disease
Learn about the relationship between microorganisms and human health, focusing on pathogens and infectious diseases. Students will learn topics such as bacterial, viral, and fungal infections, as well as immune response and disease prevention. In addition, students will explore laboratory techniques for studying microbes and diagnosing infections.
